MDS-UPDRS
Movement Disorder Society-Sponsored Revision of the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale
MDS-UPDRS(国際パーキンソン病・運動障害疾患学会改訂版 統一パーキンソン病評価尺度)
1. Biological & Technical Mechanism
The MDS-UPDRS comprises four subscales: Part I (non-motor experiences of daily living, including cognition, mood, sleep, and autonomic dysfunction), Part II (motor experiences of daily living), Part III (clinician-scored motor examination assessing bradykinesia, rigidity, rest tremor, and postural instability in ON/OFF medication states), and Part IV (motor fluctuations and dyskinesias).
MDS-UPDRSは、パーキンソン病の臨床研究および治験におけるゴールドスタンダード評価尺度であり、Part I(認知・抑うつ・睡眠・自律神経症状などの非運動症状)、Part II(日常生活における運動症状)、Part III(医師による運動機能診察:無動・筋強剛・静止時振戦・姿勢反射障害のON/OFF状態評価)、Part IV(ウェアリングオフやジスキネジア等の運動合併症)の4パートから構成されます。
2. Open Science & Clinical Trial Significance
Longitudinal MDS-UPDRS scores are paired with DAT-SPECT imaging, CSF αSyn-SAA, and wearable accelerometer kinematics in MJFF and PPMI open datasets.

Hunger reconfigures a reward learning circuit into a memory competent mode
Internal states such as hunger dynamically reshape activity across circuits to support resource seeking. Neuromodulation provides a means of controlling such physiological properties of neurons, but how this flexibility regulates memory networks remains unclear. Here, we describe how hunger reconfig...
Focal drug uncaging for the precise control of endogenous nicotinic receptors in behaving mice
Nicotinic acetylcholine receptors shape diverse brain functions, including reward, aversion, and pain, but dissecting their roles in vivo requires drug delivery with spatiotemporal precision that conventional pharmacology cannot provide. Here we establish in vivo photopharmacology of endogenous nico...
